We may collect the following information if an Artist is engaged on an assignment: 

Personal data - such as name, address, date of birth, contact details through informed consent from either Artist or Agent. This data will be shared with relevant third parties (Producer, Director, Production Secretary etc) for them to be able to communicate directly with you regarding your assignment. 

We will only collect this personal data for specific & legitimate purposes and it will be processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data and deleted from our computers when no longer required for the assignment at hand. 

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties without your consent or are required to comply by law.
